{"id":10081,"date":"2023-09-29T09:41:31","date_gmt":"2023-09-29T12:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistaautobus.com.br\/?p=10081"},"modified":"2023-09-29T09:45:14","modified_gmt":"2023-09-29T12:45:14","slug":"a-formulacao-dos-sistemas-de-transporte-metropolitanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistaautobus.com.br\/?p=10081","title":{"rendered":"A formula\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas de transporte metropolitanos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Segundo o Movimento MDT (Instituto do Movimento Nacional pelo Direito ao Transporte P\u00fablico de Qualidade para Todos), o Brasil possui atualmente mais de 80 regi\u00f5es metropolitanas, aglomerados urbanos e RIDES, onde, segundo dados do IBGE, vivem cerca de 50% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e concentram mais de 60% do PIB nacional. Pensando nisso, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o redigiu um documento, intitulado como Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Expans\u00e3o do Transporte Metropolitano, Dois Programas para as Metr\u00f3poles, com o intuito de promover um roteiro que visa a formula\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas, com programas que partem da premissa de que os entes federativos de Regi\u00f5es Metropolitanas tenham estabelecido, ao menos, uma proposta de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o institucional minimamente articulada, considerando o princ\u00edpio da \u201cfun\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica de interesse comum\u201d em conurba\u00e7\u00f5es de metr\u00f3poles, que devem ser organizadas, planejadas e implantadas segundo o preceito constitucional.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o MDT, h\u00e1 uma car\u00eancia enorme de infraestrutura de transporte p\u00fablico no Brasil. O estudo do BNDES \u2013 Demanda por Investimentos em Mobilidade Urbana\u201d (2014), de 2015 a 2018 -, a estimativa de investimentos no Brasil, necess\u00e1rios para minimizar as defici\u00eancias estruturais na infraestrutura de mobilidade urbana, era da ordem de R$ 230 bilh\u00f5es.
