Ao todo ser\u00e3o 15 unidades do modelo de chassi D9W com motoriza\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica fabricado pela marca BYD. Os ve\u00edculos possuem capacidade para transportar 29 pessoas&nbsp;sentadas e 51 em p\u00e9, incluindo espa\u00e7o para cadeirante. Contam ainda com&nbsp;bateria de ferro-l\u00edtio e a autonomia \u00e9 de 250 quil\u00f4metros. Os tr\u00eas primeiros ve\u00edculos que ir\u00e3o compor o projeto j\u00e1 est\u00e3o na garagem da Transwolff,&nbsp;transportadora do subsistema local, que atua na zona sul de S\u00e3o Paulo, escolhida para a opera\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o vice-presidente de Vendas da BYD Brasil, Wilson Pereira, os esfor\u00e7os da BYD no mercado da Am\u00e9rica do Sul est\u00e3o dando resultado. \u201cNossas entregas recentes, n\u00e3o apenas no mercado brasileiro, mas tamb\u00e9m no chileno, fizeram da BYD a l\u00edder no setor de \u00f4nibus el\u00e9tricos na Am\u00e9rica do Sul\u201d,&nbsp;ressaltou ele. O Chassis BYD D9W \u00e9 utilizado para aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em carro\u00e7arias com at\u00e9 13,2 metros de comprimento. Conta com dois motores BYD-2912TZ-XY-A, de 150 KW, (402 cv de pot\u00eancia) integrados nas rodas do eixo traseiro,&nbsp; contando ainda com um m\u00f3dulo de controle eletr\u00f4nico de tra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A BYD enfatiza que os \u00f4nibus el\u00e9tricos representam um grande instrumento para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de poluentes locais e de gases causadores do efeito estufa.
