Os ve\u00edculos utilizam tra\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas, sendo que o modelo Volgren Optimus El\u00e9trico tem a op\u00e7\u00e3o de receber chassis Yutong E12 e BYD BC12 \u2018Blade 1\u2019; enquanto o Volgren Optimus a Hidrog\u00eanio, foi desenvolvido em parceria com a brit\u00e2nica, Wrightbus.<\/p>\n<p>A Volgren \u00e9 a maior fabricante de \u00f4nibus da Austr\u00e1lia, com cerca de 70% de participa\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00f5es de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e suporte p\u00f3s-venda no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Dentre os \u00f4nibus lan\u00e7ados, o Optimus el\u00e9trico tem autonomia de at\u00e9 350 quil\u00f4metros e \u00e9 oferecido em diferentes op\u00e7\u00f5es de comprimento total, variando de 11,7m a 12,5m, tendo uma das carro\u00e7arias mais leves de sua classe, resultado de milhares de horas de pesquisa e testes din\u00e2micos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13638 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/revistaautobus.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/24092024_marcopolo_volgren_2-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistaautobus.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/24092024_marcopolo_volgren_2-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/revistaautobus.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/24092024_marcopolo_volgren_2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/revistaautobus.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/24092024_marcopolo_volgren_2.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o Optimus a Hidrog\u00eanio come\u00e7ou a ser desenvolvido em 2022, quando a companhia assinou um acordo hist\u00f3rico com a Wrightbus, um dos principais fabricantes de \u00f4nibus de hidrog\u00eanio da Europa, para introduzir os primeiros \u00f4nibus de c\u00e9lula a combust\u00edvel para o mercado australiano.
