Em fevereiro de 2020, um pouco antes da pandemia, vim com um grupo que estava focado em meios de pagamentos, ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o prestei muita aten\u00e7\u00e3o nos \u00f4nibus, nos trens e tudo mais que se percebe de interessante por aqui.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das cenas que me chama agora, mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 o sub-centro de Shibuya, T\u00f3quio. Muitas reportagens e relatos de turistas focam na impressionante cena urbana de milhares de pessoas em cinco travessias simult\u00e2neas, na parte noroeste da esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Shibuya. Realmente, passar por essa interse\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma aventura em qualquer hor\u00e1rio do dia. Dizem que \u00e9 a interse\u00e7\u00e3o com a maior movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas no mundo. H\u00e1 outras tr\u00eas interse\u00e7\u00f5es, mas em nenhuma delas se observa o mesmo fluxo de pessoas.<\/p>\n<p>Todavia, o que mais me interessa \u00e9 o desenvolvimento urbano e a combina\u00e7\u00e3o com os modos de transporte nessa regi\u00e3o. Historicamente, essa \u00e9 uma regi\u00e3o de muita atividade comercial e que \u00e9 servida por tr\u00eas meios de transporte: trens, \u00f4nibus e metr\u00f4. Al\u00e9m de bicicletas compartilhadas, t\u00e1xis e, recentemente, por transporte por aplicativos.<\/p>\n<p>A grande sacada das empresas de transporte (JR East, Keio, Tokyu e Toei) \u00e9 desenvolver a \u00e1rea comercial onde operam. Neste caso espec\u00edfico, conforme ilustrado na fotografia do alto do Shibuya Scramble Square, h\u00e1 um processo de edifica\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e9dios comerciais, que v\u00e3o se juntar a todo o conjunto existente. \u00c9 assim que as empresas viabilizam o neg\u00f3cio como um todo. N\u00e3o \u00e9 sobre obter a tarifa do passageiro, apesar de ser importante. No lado nordeste da esta\u00e7\u00e3o, h\u00e1 um pequeno terminal de \u00f4nibus onde cinco linhas t\u00eam o ponto final\/inicial. S\u00e3o linhas alimentadoras, operadas pela empresa Toei. Essa empresa, que hoje \u00e9 privada, tamb\u00e9m opera o metr\u00f4 de T\u00f3quio. Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da constru\u00e7\u00e3o no local, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o parece bem sufocada pelo tr\u00e2nsito, mas impressiona a tranquilidade que tudo \u00e9 realizado. A civilidade dos motoristas e dos passageiros, quase todos japoneses, ao contr\u00e1rio do metr\u00f4 e dos trens onde h\u00e1 muitos estrangeiros, impressiona. Obviamente, o n\u00famero de ve\u00edculos e de passageiros n\u00e3o \u00e9 nem um pouco parecido \u00e0queles que observamos nas grandes cidades brasileiras.<\/p>\n<p>Nas imagens a seguir, registro o t\u00edpico \u00f4nibus da empresa Toei. \u00c9 um modelo Mitsubishi com 12 metros, padr\u00e3o japon\u00eas equivalente ao Diesel EURO VI. \u00c9 um <em>low-entry<\/em> (ou do idioma local No Step Bus), que em conjunto com o tratamento da cal\u00e7ada facilita o embarque da popula\u00e7\u00e3o com idade bastante avan\u00e7ada. H\u00e1, tamb\u00e9m, outro modelo comum que \u00e9 o com tra\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00edbrida, tamb\u00e9m com 12 metros, praticamente com o mesmo <em>design<\/em> e configura\u00e7\u00e3o interna, mas com um motor el\u00e9trico e outro diesel. N\u00e3o percebo uma frota sofisticada. Pelo contr\u00e1rio, s\u00e3o \u00f4nibus relativamente novos com boa apar\u00eancia. Ainda n\u00e3o vi nenhum \u00f4nibus el\u00e9trico ou movido \u00e0 hidrog\u00eanio.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14496\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
