As pr\u00f3ximas etapas s\u00e3o testar os ve\u00edculos nas ruas internas do campus e depois estender a rota al\u00e9m da universidade. Esta \u00e9 a primeira aplica\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f4noma da Volvo em transporte p\u00fablico fora de sua sede na Su\u00e9cia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta atual fase, os testes ser\u00e3o conduzidos em parceria entre a Volvo Buses, a Universidade Tecnol\u00f3gica de Nanyang (NTU) e a Land Transport Authority (LTA). Os \u00f4nibus passar\u00e3o por testes preliminares no campus da universidade para depois circular em vias p\u00fablicas.&nbsp;Os ve\u00edculos transportam 85 passageiros e s\u00e3o equipados com sensores e controles de navega\u00e7\u00e3o gerenciados por um sofisticado sistema de intelig\u00eancia artificial (IA). Para seguran\u00e7a e confiabilidade m\u00e1xima o sistema \u00e9 protegido com medidas de seguran\u00e7a cibern\u00e9tica que evita intrus\u00f5es indesejadas. &#8220;O \u00f4nibus el\u00e9trico com tecnologia aut\u00f4noma representa um passo importante para nossa vis\u00e3o de cidades mais limpas, seguras e inteligentes. A jornada rumo \u00e0 plena autonomia \u00e9, sem d\u00favida, complexa. Nossa parceria com a NTU e a LTA \u00e9 fundamental para concretizar essa vis\u00e3o, assim como nosso compromisso de manter a seguran\u00e7a em primeiro lugar&#8221;, observou H\u00e5kan Agnevall, presidente da Volvo Buses.&nbsp;O \u00f4nibus \u00e9 equipado com um software desenvolvido pela Volvo que faz a conex\u00e3o entre os v\u00e1rios sensores e os principais controles do ve\u00edculo. Os pesquisadores da NTU fizeram o aprimoramento do sistema de IA que se comunica com os v\u00e1rios sensores, permitindo que o \u00f4nibus funcione de forma aut\u00f4noma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistaautobus.com.br\/uploads\/images\/2019\/03\/280-1552326116.jpg\" alt=\"Cad\u00ea o motorista?\" title=\"Cad\u00ea o motorista?\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A tecnologia est\u00e1 presente. De acordo com a montadora, o ve\u00edculo tem sensores de detec\u00e7\u00e3o e alcance de luz (LIDARS), c\u00e2meras 360 graus e um sistema avan\u00e7ado de navega\u00e7\u00e3o global por sat\u00e9lite que utiliza cinem\u00e1tica em tempo real. Ele funciona como qualquer sistema de posicionamento global (GPS), mas usa v\u00e1rias fontes de dados para fornecer uma precis\u00e3o de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 um cent\u00edmetro.&nbsp;O sistema \u00e9 conectado ainda a uma &#8220;unidade de gerenciamento inercial&#8221;, medindo as taxas de deslocamento lateral e angular do \u00f4nibus.
