S\u00e3o 70 km entre Fortaleza e S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo do Amarante, feitos agora por um modelo limpo de mobilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da tra\u00e7\u00e3o alternativa ao diesel, outro detalhe chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o nesse novo projeto &#8211; a energia el\u00e9trica para a recarga das baterias do ve\u00edculo vem de 183 placas solares instaladas na usina. O processo de reabastecimento do \u00f4nibus se d\u00e1 no intervalo das viagens. &#8220;A EDP tem como objetivo liderar a transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica no Pa\u00eds, e a mobilidade el\u00e9trica vem sendo uma \u00e1rea que tem recebido aten\u00e7\u00e3o especial da Companhia. O \u00f4nibus el\u00e9trico solar \u00e9 uma inova\u00e7\u00e3o que mostra o potencial dessa solu\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel para o transporte urbano e rodovi\u00e1rio de massa&#8221;, disse Cayo Moraes, gestor executivo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o na EDP Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com carro\u00e7aria da marca Marcopolo e chassi com tra\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica da BYD, o ve\u00edculo \u00e9 operado diariamente pela empresa Gertaxi, que realiza o transporte dos funcion\u00e1rios at\u00e9 a usina. Antes de iniciar os testes, as empresas envolvidas no projeto promoveram treinamentos a fim de capacitar motoristas quanto ao sistema do ve\u00edculo e caracter\u00edsticas espec\u00edficas, como distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da carga de energia el\u00e9trica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em prosseguimento ao uso do novo \u00f4nibus, haver\u00e1 uma segunda fase, da qual ser\u00e3o instaladas no teto do ve\u00edculo c\u00e9lulas capazes de gerar energia el\u00e9trica a partir da luz do sol. Elas ser\u00e3o testadas nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas existentes no Nordeste com a finalidade de abastecer parte do consumo dos servi\u00e7os no interior do \u00f4nibus, como o carregamento de celular e outros perif\u00e9ricos tecnol\u00f3gicos.
