Ser\u00e3o 22 quil\u00f4metros de vias exclusivas para \u00f4nibus (primeira etapa de conclus\u00e3o), com pavimento r\u00edgido de concreto, entre o Terminal Cruzeiro (regi\u00e3o sul) e o Terminal Recanto do Bosque (regi\u00e3o norte). Com isso, Goi\u00e2nia \u00e9 mais uma cidade de grande porte que acredita na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema r\u00e1pido de \u00f4nibus, favorecendo os deslocamentos coletivos e o meio ambiente local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesmo que ainda n\u00e3o esteja acabado, o futuro corredor j\u00e1 conta com novos \u00f4nibus que ir\u00e3o compor a frota. Seis deles j\u00e1 chegaram e aguardam, na garagem das respectivas empresas concession\u00e1rias do sistema de transporte coletivo de Goi\u00e2nia e regi\u00e3o metropolitana, a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do poder p\u00fablico para in\u00edcio da opera\u00e7\u00e3o no trecho que vai do Terminal Recanto do Bosque at\u00e9 a Rodovi\u00e1ria. S\u00e3o tr\u00eas unidades pertencentes \u00e0 empresa Via\u00e7\u00e3o Reunidas e outras tr\u00eas da R\u00e1pido Araguaia. Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, ao todo, inicialmente, o projeto do BRT contemplar\u00e1 28 ve\u00edculos que atender\u00e3o \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o no percurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os ve\u00edculos s\u00e3o da marca Mercedes-Benz, com chassis do novo modelo O500 R Superpadron, na configura\u00e7\u00e3o com 14 metros de comprimento e capacidade para 102 passageiros.
