Com isso, a compra do bilhete pode ser realizada pela internet ou via aplicativo no celular e a impress\u00e3o pode ocorrer diretamente no totem de autoatendimento, minutos antes do embarque, apenas com o n\u00famero do pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Gabriel Manzzaro, analista de Suporte da Via\u00e7\u00e3o Piracicabana, os totens oferecem mais conforto e d\u00e3o autonomia para os passageiros, que n\u00e3o precisam mais esperar na fila para conseguir comprar passagem ou imprimir comprovantes. \u201cTiramos as impressoras pr\u00f3prias e investimos no outsourcing. Hoje, temos todo o nosso parque nesse modelo. Quer\u00edamos terceirizar toda a gest\u00e3o desses equipamentos, que necessitam de gerenciamento e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, para que estejam 100% dispon\u00edveis. Isso permitiu que o nosso dia a dia seja mais simples e dos nossos clientes tamb\u00e9m\u201d, disse Manzaro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Simpress tem neg\u00f3cios com a Piracicabana desde 2016, quando cerca de 50 empresas do grupo aderiram ao modelo. A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu nos escrit\u00f3rios, nas garagens, nos guich\u00eas e nas ag\u00eancias.
