Ser\u00e3o 220 sistemas de tra\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica equipados nos ve\u00edculos que ser\u00e3o produzidos pela New Flyer of America Inc., com op\u00e7\u00e3o de mais 120 sistemas adicionais, nos pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas anos, incorporando a mais recente tecnologia da empresa para futuras plataformas de emiss\u00e3o zero, tais sistemas Series-ER (Electric Range) proporcionar\u00e3o redu\u00e7\u00f5es significativas de emiss\u00f5es e economia de combust\u00edvel em toda a frota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sistema Series-ER inclui, al\u00e9m do motor de combust\u00e3o interna, um motor el\u00e9trico, banco de baterias para armazenar eletricidade e controles inteligentes na propuls\u00e3o el\u00e9trica integrada, al\u00e9m do funcionamento de acess\u00f3rios nos \u00f4nibus.
