Contudo, tudo pode fugir \u00e0 regra. Nesse contexto, o Grupo Guanabara, um dos mais conhecidos do setor interestadual, resolveu adotar, em alguns de seus novos \u00f4nibus estradeiros, a tecnologia comumente utilizada no cen\u00e1rio das cidades, inovando o segmento.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Atualmente, cerca de 250 chassis O-500 RSD 2441 do Grupo est\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00e3o com esse modelo de transmiss\u00e3o, item opcional disponibilizados nos produtos da montadora Mercedes-Benz para o mercado de \u00f4nibus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O modelo <span class=\"s1\">de caixa escolhido \u00e9<\/span> a ZF Ecolife 6, incorporado nos ve\u00edculos que rodam nas regi\u00f5es do Rio de Janeiro e Cear\u00e1. De acordo com a Mercedes-Benz, seu chassi com a transmiss\u00e3o ZF apresenta o mesmo desempenho dos modelos que s\u00e3o equipados com a caixa automatizada, por\u00e9m o c\u00e2mbio autom\u00e1tico n\u00e3o possui a embreagem. J\u00e1 a vers\u00e3o O-500 RSD 2445, tem a nova transmiss\u00e3o automatizada ZF Traxon com 12 marchas, com caracter\u00edsticas para atender rotas das mais variadas extens\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ainda, conforme informou a montadora, as rela\u00e7\u00f5es das marchas s\u00e3o as mesmas do modelo urbano, por\u00e9m, tem-se uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o mais longa, neste caso, para atender as maiores velocidades de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 o programa de troca de marchas \u00e9 adequado para as condi\u00e7\u00f5es rodovi\u00e1rias.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para a ZF, sua transmiss\u00e3o Ecolife, em conjunto com o seu <span class=\"s1\"><i>software<\/i><\/span> exclusivo, trabalha com uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de marchas de seis velocidades que leva a um regime de torque mais econ\u00f4mico para o motor. Desse modo, a economia de combust\u00edvel \u00e9 da ordem de 3 a 6%, dependendo da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, frente \u00e0s transmiss\u00f5es autom\u00e1ticas dispon\u00edveis no mercado, com ganho ambiental relacionado \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o do uso de combust\u00edvel.
